freefall dance classes:

Contemporary Dance Class. For Adults 16 + Based in Falmouth,Cornwall.

Six sessions, every Monday evening, 7 - 8.30pm.

An open class for anyone wanting to dance, sweat, enjoy moving and meet like minded people.

Based on techniques including release, flying low and contact partnering work. In other words lots of jumping, diving, falling and catching combined in high energy sequence and partnering work. Designed for more experienced professionals and trained dancers, students, teachers and also complete novices!
