SUKOSTA was founded 1994 with its aim to create personal, original and innovative, humorous movement-based performance work. SUKOSTA describes itself as an explorative arts organisation creating new performance work challenging perceived boundaries of art and life. The Company celebrates intercultural diversity and has gained an International reputation for creating subtle, quirky and atmospheric visual theatre work that touches the depth of human experience. Alongside its performance work SUKOSTA has had a strong and significant delivery of outreach work both in an educational and social context. Over the last seven years the Company has been developing itself as a unique creative resource to communities in Wiltshire and the South West, complimenting existing arts provision with its specialist approach.
