We are a Cornish based Playback Company who specialise in using real life stories to create spontaneous theatre. With roots in traditional community storytelling, mime and music, Playback is improvised theatre at its most exciting and relevant. The audience provides the material, with the help of the conductor and then watches it re-enacted on the spot. Anything can make a story and the process demonstrates that everyone's story, whether big, small, humdrum, tragic or anecdotal is worth telling. Playback can be bonding, moving, insightful, therapeutic or simply fun. Playback can be used in a variety of contexts in both private and public sectors, including community groups, education, therapeutic settings, conferences, corporate training events and personal celebrations.
