The open air theatre runs it's summer season of events from June until September. This includes professional theatre performances, music and community arts events. Set in beautiful surroundings in Penlee Park, the theatre can comfortably seat around 300 people.

In 2012 the theatre is developing a community theatre company based in the park, anybody is welcome to get involved.

The open air space is a fantastic resource for the running of workshops and educational activities.

The theatre is run by Penzance Town Council, supported by Penlee House and Golowan.
