Each workshop will combine science & intuition to offer an experiential approach to the body. Explore the mind-body connection using touch, movement & body-awareness. Images, partner work, individual work and group focus will be used.

Sat Sept 4th 2-5pm CELLS
Contacting our cellular body can be a restful, restorative experience, it can help balance being and doing, and can support the cells to regenerate and provide healing in the body – just as they are meant to.
Sat Oct 2nd 2-5pm SKIN
The skin is out primary boundary with the world, providing protection, containment and potential for pleasure. Making contact with our skin can help to build a healthy relationship with ourselves, others & our environment – assisting our skin to let go of toxins and let in what’s nutritious for us – whether that’s people, food or place.
Sat Oct 30th 2-5pm BONE
Bones give structural support in the body, and can be a place of clarity and strength. Making contact with our bones can help replace feelings of weakness or shakiness, with a sense of being in our core – centred in ourself – and helping to bring flexible strength.
Sat Nov 27th 2-5pm ORGANS
Organs are an active and expressive place in the body. If our organs feel sluggish, this can detract from our potential power, energy and fun! Making contact with our organs can bring a sense of aliveness and helping to embody the fullness of who you are.
Sat Jan 8th 2-5pm MUSCLE
When muscles are working well there is ease in the body and grace with physical activity. Though our muscles can get stuck into patterns of over-working or lethargy and can be linked to what or who we think we are (the ego). By supporting the muscles to work as a whole, we can let go of old images of ourselves and go for action with ease...
Sat Feb 5th 2-5pm FLUIDS
The fluids in the body are diverse – they can be slow, fast, contained or pervasive through the whole body. Sometimes fluids can get stuck and flowing with life can feel difficult. By contacting our fluids, we can relearn how move fluidly, creatively, and with vitality.

Rachel is
