Prema Arts Centre, Gloucestershire’s wackiest little bundle of rustic goodliness, promotes some of the UK’s finest contemporary theatre and interdisciplinary work through its accessible programme of quality work. This Autumn, we’re warmly inviting the good folks who work in and support the arts sector to come experience world-class theatre at a giveaway price. We’re wanting to spread the word about Prema and to take the fear and mystery out of fringe theatre (with the hope that a greater number of you will want to take risks with the work you go to see in the future).

And so here’s the deal. If you work in the visual arts, theatre, dance or any of the areas in between, we’re offering a slash-priced ticket for you and your buddies. We’re offering adult tickets for a fiver and kids’ tickets for three quid! How bargainous is that? Just think - £5 for a grown up, £3 for anyone in full-time education. So if you fancy a rip-roaring good night out that won’t break the bank all you have to do is call Prema’s Box Office – explain the booking discount to the lovely people on the phone here – we’re calling it our “theatre darling discount”.

 And so what’s on offer? Well, three stonkingly good shows – Jonathan Storey’s “Jack Pratchard” – mad miniature animated theatre piece which takes a light-hearted look at the afterlife, Dancing Brick’s “Heap & Pebble” where we rub shoulder-pads with world champ ice-skaters in a world where all the ice has melted and finally a two night extravaganza from The Kosh – an insanely talented Sian Williams plays many personas in this one-hander which simply dazzles with its sinister undercurrents and breathtaking displays of sheer gymnastic fabulousness. Don’t miss these shows – they’re absolute stonkers.
