Blast is the BBC's youth creativity service and is online, on Tour and on TV. From first-timers to emerging artists, Blast gives 13-19 year olds the chance to have a go at new creative skills, showcase their own work and find out more about working in the creative industries.

Blast on Tour takes it's mobile media village across the country each year offering free creative workshops, showcases and masterclasses. The Tour will be stopping at Wiltshire College Chippenham (19-21 May) and we're looking for talented young people aged 18-24 to fill Work Experience placements.

You'll be working with a local Event Organiser to help plan and manage one of the Blast on Tour events. From coming up with ideas for marketing and promotions, to helping with production schedules you'll experience all the elements that go into planning a successful event.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the running of Blast's on-site radio station, Blast Out Loud, and when the trucks come to town, you'll be signing people into sessions, supporting facilitators , photographing the event or even stage managing a showcase.

You'll need to be energetic, creative, hard working, full of energy and ideas, and have a desire to work on events for young people.

Over 100 people will get the opportunity to work on Blast on Tour 2010 - make sure you're one of them!!
