Kathryn first started her dance training with CYDC and St. Austell College. After finishing her BTEC National Dipolma in Dance and A Level Human Biology she spent the next 3 years on the BA Honours in Performing Arts programme at L.I.P.A ( Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts). On this Course she studied under; Mary Prestidge ( X6), Jacqui Jones (Rambert), Lisi Perry (Motionhouse and Collisions) and Neil Fisher (Random). She was also very lucky in her time there to be choregraphed on and work with Tommy Small ( Smallpetitklein), Denapoli Clarke (RJC) and Andy Johnson.

Since graduating in 2009 she has worked for Fidget Feet, Horsecross and Cantabile 2. In 2011 she completed the Full Time Circus Arts Course with Aircraft Circus, London.

Kathryn is extremely interested in physical theatre and is hoping to start creating her own work at some stage.

Kathryn was so pleased to join the graduate company of Attik Dance (Fast Forward) and really enjoyed her time back in the Southwest. She hopes to make this more of a regular occurrence!

In her spare time (unemployment! : ) Kathryn likes to surf, go for walks and eat lots of food!

Venus Labyrinth - Cantabile 2

Human Specific Theatre by Award Wining Danish Company Cantabile 2. Kat performed as part of the companies UK premiere in Glasgow in 2010

Jane Eyre - Perth Theatre

Directed by Ian Grieve and Choreographed by Lisi Perry, this was Kathryn first mayor physical theatre production. CAT Award wining.

Fast Forward Dance Company

As a graduate company to Attik Dance, Fast Forward spent 3 months teaching and touring 'under my skin' choreographed by Sally Robbins around the southwest.

Fidget Feet Aerial Dance Company

Within the Clifden Project with Fidget Feet we create a carnival for the towns celebrations using local childern from the surrounding areas. We also performed extracts of Madame Silk and performed at few press events.

Common Wealth Games Handover Ceremony - DELHI

Mass Cast Choreography to close ceremony at 2010 CommonWealth Games in India.
