RIO is looking for a great Team and Contracts Manager to join our Schools Service. Calm, clear and straightforward, you will bring business and commercial acumen and a strong track record of excellently managing teams and contracts. Ideally, experienced in a learning or education context, you will put in place effective structures, processes and operations that help us work better and deliver for clients. You will be passionate about the work our team do; schools as social enterprises, curriculum change, children and young people leaving school able to make positive change happen for themselves and others. You will also be excited about managing contracts we tender for, such as supporting the implementation of a successful free school bid or setting up a social enterprise structure for a teaching school. Our team is an exciting place to be at the moment and we need someone who can help us seize opportunities and then deliver effectively.

Schools Service Team and Contracts Manager

35 hours per week

Permanent

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 p.a. dependent on experience

This role will be based at RIO’s Plymouth office

A driver’s license is essential for this position
