Key Projects

Adult and kids capoeira classes (all levels)

Free trial class! Everyone can get something out of a capoeira class, whether it is fitness, confidence or musicality. Classes start with a very gradual warm up using capoeira-specific movements, then progress to simple sequences in a group and/or partner sequences (above). All classes finish with a small ‘roda’ (below), where all students are encouraged to participate in playing simple percussion instruments while others play some capoeira games (the best bit!). More info call Craig: 07870 167 974
