I am Sarah Eddy. I have had many years in show business that have provided me with a wide range of performance skills and styles.

As an original cast member of the internationally acclaimed stage show “Stomp”, I have been performing with the group for 18 years, performing all over the world on the stage, TV and films.

I trained at the RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art) in London, for television and film. I have since performed on numerous television shows around the world including the Academy Awards in Los Angeles, Off Broadway New York, The South Bank Show and The West End London.

I am now also a fully qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique. To qualify I successfully completed a three-year training course at the Brighton School for Alexander Technique. I trained with Suzie Sanderson and Chris Element, and am now certified to teach the Alexander Technique by STAT. That is the professional association of certified Alexander Technique teachers in the UK. It establishes and maintains the nation’s highest standards for teacher training, certification and membership.
