The second annual State of the Arts conference, organised by the RSA and Arts Council England, brings together a wide range of creative voices to debate issues around resilience, audience and the value of arts and culture.
This years conference takes place on 10th February and has now sold out, but there will be live streaming of the Cultural Question Time panel at 2pm on 10th February. You will be able to view it from here. Additional video and audio from the conference will also be available after the event.
